1. **Return and Exchange Window**: You have 14 days from your order ship date to exchange or return your original, unworn jewelry. We want to ensure you love what you ordered!

2. **Options for Returns**: We offer exchanges for store credit, giving you the flexibility to find the perfect piece. Please note that we do not offer refunds; all returns will be processed as store credit.

3. **Restocking Fee**: Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit total. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.

4. **Product Details**: We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but please keep in mind that not all details may be completely accurate. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review all information carefully before making a purchase.

5. **How to Start Your Exchange or Return**: To initiate an exchange or return, simply email us at info@faabcreationsfinejewelry.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label at no cost to you! We just ask that the package is in USPS’ possession within 1 week.

6. **Processing Time**: While we’re quick to process returns, please allow up to 4 days for your store credit to be issued after we receive your return.
